Schultz’s Bakery is a small home bakery in Eagle Mountain, Utah, turning out naturally-leavened sourdough one small batch at a time. Every loaf is mixed, shaped, and baked by hand — no commercial yeast, no preservatives, no shortcuts. Just a long, slow ferment that gives sourdough its open crumb, crackly crust, and gentle tang.
